These terms apply to every purchase from Bulk Medya. They are written to be read, not to be impenetrable.
Who you are contracting with

What we sell
We sell access to and ownership of social media accounts, transferred to you in full. Each listing states what the account is and what condition it is in. We verify each account before listing it, and we describe it as we find it.
Platform risk, stated plainly
Buying and selling accounts is a breach of TikTok’s and YouTube’s terms of service. It is not illegal, but it is against their rules, and a transferred account can be restricted or removed by the platform. We tell you this before you buy rather than after.
What we control is the handover: verification before listing, full credential transfer, and a replacement window for problems that pre-date your ownership. What we cannot control is what a platform decides to do. Any seller claiming a guarantee against platform action is offering something they cannot deliver.
What transfers and what does not
Transfers: the account, its content, its audience, and its monetization status where applicable.
Does not transfer: payout methods, AdSense accounts, bank details, linked business entities, and any unwithdrawn balance. You attach your own and the platform re-verifies them against your identity.
Your responsibilities
- Change the password, recovery email and two-factor authentication immediately on handover.
- Verify the account matches the listing before confirming control.
- Operate the account in line with the platform’s rules once it is yours.
- Provide accurate information when ordering.
Pricing and payment
Prices are shown in USD and are the amount you pay. Escrow is available on request and we recommend it on higher-value listings. Ownership passes when you confirm control.
Limitation of liability
Our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the account in question. We are not liable for lost profits, lost earnings, or consequential losses arising from platform action after ownership has passed to you. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud or for anything that cannot lawfully be limited.

Covered by our refund and replacement policy, which forms part of these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
