Digital account transfers are not returnable in the way physical goods are, so this policy explains exactly what protection you do get, and where it stops.
The short version
If an account does not work as described when you receive it, you get a replacement or your money back. If it stops working because of something you did after taking ownership, you do not. Everything below is detail on that line.
Your replacement window
Every sale carries a written replacement window, stated on the listing and confirmed in your order. The window starts when you confirm you have control of the account, not when you pay.
Covered
- The account does not match its listing – follower count, monetization status, region or standing are materially different from what was stated.
- Credentials do not work, or the previous owner retains recovery access.
- A pre-existing strike, restriction or monetization warning that was not disclosed.
- The account is restricted within the window for a reason that pre-dates your ownership.
In these cases we replace the account with an equivalent listing, or refund you in full if no equivalent is available. Your choice, not ours.
Not covered
- Restrictions caused by your own activity after taking ownership – policy violations, content strikes, or changing the account region.
- A drop in reach or earnings. Distribution responds to what you post, and no account earns without being used.
- Changes to platform rules, rates or programmes. We do not control TikTok or YouTube.
- Loss of access because you did not secure the account, or shared credentials.
- Buyer’s remorse once the handover is complete and control has been confirmed.
Before the handover completes
Until you have changed the credentials and confirmed control, the sale is not complete. If we cannot deliver an account as described at that point, you are refunded in full. This is the safest moment to raise a problem, and it is why we ask you to verify the analytics before confirming rather than after.
Your statutory rights
Nothing here removes rights you have under UK consumer law. Note that under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, the right to cancel digital content supplied immediately can be waived at the point of purchase, and completing an account handover is treated as that supply.
How to make a claim
Contact admin@bulkmedya.lol or message us on WhatsApp with your order reference and what has gone wrong. Screenshots of the account status page help. We aim to respond the same working day and to resolve within three.
Chargebacks
If you believe something has gone wrong, tell us before raising a chargeback. We would rather fix it. A chargeback raised without contacting us first is harder for both of us to resolve, and we will contest one where the account was delivered as described.
